Dear Students,

To fully showcase the vibrant spirit of our university’s students undertaking overseas academic visits, share insights from international exchange programmes, document personal growth abroad, and inspire young people to strive for excellence, we are launching a Vlog collection campaign themed “Med” Together to See the World. Details are as follows:

1. Theme of Submissions

Centered on sharing overseas life and documenting youthful experiences, entries should focus on your daily studies, research experience, cultural exchanges, local life, customs, and personal reflections gained during your overseas academic visits.

From now until 10 September

Students participating in overseas exchange programmes in 2026

4. Requirements for Vlog Works

1. Works shall be positive, wholesome and theme-aligned, with no vulgar, negative or prohibited content.

2. Duration: 2–5 minutes.

3. Clear footage, audio and subtitles are required. 16:9 landscape shooting is recommended, with a minimum resolution of 1280×720. Accepted formats: MP4, MOV, AVI and other common video formats.

4. No restrictions on shooting devices, styles or subjects. Both individual and group entries are accepted.

5. Submission Guidelines

Name your file as: Work Title + Affiliation + Name. Submit your Vlog and entry form to the email address: 3084615747@qq.com by 10 September.

6. Terms & Conditions

1. All entries must be original. Any plagiarism, unauthorized use or reposted content will result in immediate disqualification.

2. Copyright of the works remains with the creators. The organiser retains usage rights, including but not limited to compilation, editing, screening, display and secondary adaptation.

3. Each individual or team may submit one entry only; duplicate submissions are not allowed.

4. All content in the Vlog must comply with laws and regulations of China and the host country/region.

5. Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of all terms of this campaign.

6. The organiser reserves the right of final interpretation of this event.

7. Evaluation

The Department of International Cooperation and Exchange will invite experts to assess submissions. Results will be published on the department website and official WeChat account by the end of September. Outstanding works will be selected for promotion and exhibition.

8. Awards

First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize will be awarded. Winners will receive certificates of honour and prizes.
